Overview
We are looking for a strong Senior Business System Analyst who has in-depth experience of complex enterprise application implementations involving multiple systems like microservices, APIs, UI interfaces & reporting modules etc. The role demands very good understanding of different IT systems and ability to ensure seamless delivery of such projects by supporting different stakeholders like developers, business users, SMEs, project managers, testers in different phases of the project from initial project scoping, development, UAT to production rollout.
Qualifications
• 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or system analysis
• Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced SQL Knowledge to analyse the business data in the underlying systems and databases
• Experience in documenting User Acceptance Test Cases, perform UAT and getting sign-offs from business stakeholders
• Experience in any one or more, domain - Capital Market, Wealth & Asset Management, Financial Risk & Regulatory Reporting.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, design sessions and gather requirements from LoB, SMEs, Senior leadership
• Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Should be well-versed in Agile – User Story Mapping, Backlog Prioritization and Management and Jira.
• Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
• Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
• Good to have exposure to Cloud (Azure, AWS GCP, OCI etc),data modelling, python, R, JSON, XML
• Sourcing and implementing new business technology.
• Finding technological solutions to business requirements.
• Producing reports on application development and implementation.
