Job Description
We are seeking a software developer to compliment a project team migrating our Fulcrum program to the ESRI suite (Survey123).
You will be able to research solution paths, implement defined development tasks, and create and maintain user and technical documentation for the software.
This is a one-year fixed-term role asking between 20-30 hours per week commitment.
You will work closely with the project team including other developers, business analyst and subject matter experts.
You will attend field trips to measure and ensure optimum software usability.

A junior or graduate software engineer with proven ability in at least one mainstream language.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technical requirements.
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with others to achieve our project objectives.
Able to work collaboratively on shared software but also work alone focussing on specific component development.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience
Relevant tertiary qualification (or working toward completion) in software engineering or related field.
Experience with version control systems (preferably GIT).
