What You Will Have
• 2 – 3 years of prior experience in a technical leadership position (good to have) with overall ++ years of experience with hands on development.
• Essential: C#, VB.Net, .Net Core, WinForms, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .NET Framework, HTML, Ajax, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), SQL Server, CI/CD
• Desirable: NO SQL, TDD/BDD, Any front-end framework
• Candidate must have experience in team handling/mentoring team members.
• Hands on experience in developing cloud base web applications and migration.
• Very Good experience in implementing and designing/reviewing design patterns.
• Experience in integrating various components including unit testing / CI/CD configuration.
• Good working experience of CI/CD tools/Harness. Mentoring and grooming junior developers.
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate/work independently. Should be able to drive team members to achieve desired outcome of roadmap.
• Good knowledge on Agile process and tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins.
• Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented application development techniques.
• Awareness and exposure on TDD methodologies, Information security and requirements for safely handling personal data Competencies.
• Experience with source control management systems (GitHub) and continuous integration/deployment environments o Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization.
• Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented application development techniques.
• Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
• Effective communication of ideas and information, both verbally and in writing.
• Take strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
• Competence to work alone and with an appropriate level of supervision and guidance.
• Capability to develop a strong working relationship with all the stakeholders of the product.
• Ability to analyse information to identify problems and issues and make effective decisions.
• Ability to plan and organize workload efficiently, working to strict deadlines.
