Job Opening: BIM Coordinator with Architecture Background
GPM, a leading architectural firm based in South Delhi, is seeking a talented and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Position: BIM Coordinator
Location: South Delhi
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage BIM processes across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM models.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM standards and protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job description
We are seeking cloud technical architect/engineer with a strong track record of experience designing and implementing cloud projects, IaaS, Cloud Networking, application modernization, big data, data warehousing, and data lakes to join our Cloud Engineering team providing expertise across all industry sectors.
This role requires the cloud engineers/architects to be deeply technical and hands-on, and work closely with business team and customers to help them adopt Oracle Cloud Solutions. The successful candidates must have a good understanding of the value of Cloud as well as, proven experience delivering solutions to executive-level business and technical leadership.
Cloud architect/engineer should have strong customer management experience, he/she will engage with customers to discover business problems & goals and develop solutions using Oracle Cloud services. He/she will work collaboratively with the customer to document the current state architecture, design the future state, and develop a path for cloud digital transformation.
We are looking for team members who can develop and deliver high-quality presentations, demonstrations, and solutions to multiple lines of business and management levels, which clearly articulate the value cloud services and solutions.
Professional experience working on OCI/ AWS/ Azure/ GCP. Preferably with Certifications such as Solution Architect and/or Developer Certification on OCI or AWS or Azure or Google Cloud
Desired Qualifications / Skills:
· 10+ years of total experience in Consulting or Solution Engineering.
· 5-8 years of proven domain knowledge of designing and implementing cloud projects.
· Experience on using cloud native technologies to build applications. Strong understanding of Serverless Computing. DevOps exposure and knowledge of one or more tools such as Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, Ansible
· Experience in application development, application migration, modernization including Containerization/Microservices to OCI, AWS, GCP or Azure Cloud.
· Must have hands on experience in designing and implementing Restful webservices, authentication/authorization and integration of backend APIs with SQL and NoSQL databases
· Must have solid experience with modern framework for front end development .i.e Oracle JET, ADF, Oracle Visual builder, React JS, Angular JS, Node JS etc.
· Solid experience in deploying and monitoring Microservices applications using OCI, AWS, GCP or Azure cloud infrastructure.
· Must have experience in modern backend frameworks like Spring Boot, Python Flask, Python Django, Node JS, Express JS, PHP, Laravel, .Net.
· Sound knowledge in programming on Java, Python, PHP, Node JS, C#, C, C++
· Good understanding on integrating backend services with NoSQL, SQL, in memory database.
· Middleware application servers including version upgrade: WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere
· Solid track record of implementing solutions using Kubernetes, Container Orchestration technologies
· Orchestration/automation skills (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, PowerShell or similar)
· Experience in implementing solutions using flavors of Linux operating systems, load balancers, HA/DR & storage architectures
· Proven expertise in creating detailed technical architectures and product solutions for specified needs. Solution sizing/costing and configuration.
