Summary:
Our client is looking to on board an AGM Finance & Accounts who will work along with plant and senior finance lead to ensure internal policies of accounting are prepared and updated with change in laws.
Prepare and assist in Management Reports, Costing, Inventory Control, Debtors Ageing and Highlight to Management any area of concern / wastage and work towards Cost Control.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all Accounting and Bookkeeping activities are done in timely and correct manner.
• Ensure compliance of various laws like Companies Act, GST, I Tax and any other.
• Handle the Team and prioritize to ensure timely reporting and Compliance if Indian Laws
• Ensure internal policies of Accounting are prepared and updated with change in laws.
• Prepare and assist in Management Reports, Costing, Inventory Control, Debtors Ageing.
• Highlight to Management any area of concern / wastage and work towards Cost Control.
• Analyse Inventory, Consumption or any other Gaps compared to standard performance parameters
Qualifications and Experience:
• CA / ICWA with 1620 years experience in manufacturing plant and familiarity with transaction, control and tax matters
• Should have good knowledge of Accounting, Taxes, Compliances, and handling of team to optimise resources and have control on financial transactions in interest of organization.
• Should have good hands on knowledge of SAP FICO & COPA
• Decision making for increasing profitability, working capital management, system and process development, internal checks and control, cost control
• Strategic Decision making such as Expansion, New Units, Acquisition opportunities among others
• Should have handled Interplant Transactions at Global level.
Exposure to International Accounting process.
• Driven, proactive, handson and achievement oriented individual. High sense of ownership and commitment.
• Unquestionable integrity, professionalism, and work ethics.
• Keen stakeholder management skills to effectively deal with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership maturity coupled with good planning and organization skills to deal with multiple/conflicting business priorities.
• Analytical and solution oriented with keen ability to seek and interpret data/information; investigate underlying logics/reasons; and comprehend complex issues
