Yeomans Citroen Dealership
• Durnford Street, Stonehouse, Plymouth PL1 3QL
Salary:
• Basic salary range £35,000 to £40,000
• PLUS excellent bonus
• Giving expected OTE £45,000 to £52,000
Hours:
• Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00pm
• Alternate Saturday morning from 8.30am to 12.30pm

The role:
• Carry out diagnosis, repair and evaluation of customer vehicles
• Diagnose complex symptoms across a range of vehicles
• Ensure quality and a first time fix of all customer vehicles
• Communicate with customers to fully understand their reported issue
• Complete detailed video vehicle health checks
• Develop your skills & knowledge to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology, including EV and Hybrid Vehicles
• Assist and train your colleagues through mentoring and coaching
• Maintain a clean & safe workshop environment
Qualifications and experience required:
• Minimum of Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification
• Experience at a Diagnostic or Master Technician level, ideally within a main dealership
• EV / Hybrid experience (desirable)
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
