About the Role:
Learnathon is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Diamond Faculty who is passionate about education and diamonds. In addition to teaching, this role involves close coordination with the Sales, Marketing, and Admin teams to ensure smooth operations, high student satisfaction, and alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities:Academic Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training in Diamond Grading, Identification, and related courses.
Conduct theory and practical sessions, workshops, assessments, and exams.
Continuously update curriculum content based on the latest market trends, industry updates, and technology.
Guide, mentor, and support students in both academic and career pursuits.
Ensure discipline, decorum, and regular attendance within batches.
Operational & Coordination Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth student onboarding, resolve queries, and communicate course details effectively.
Support the Marketing team with content ideas, technical input, campaign feedback, and post-campaign analysis.
Collaborate with the Admin team for batch scheduling, classroom management, and logistics.
Assist in organizing events, workshops, field trips, webinars, and alumni interactions.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align academic goals with business needs.
Handle basic digital operations such as attendance tracking, feedback collection, and reporting.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Diamond Grading, 4Cs, Diamond Identification, and related gemological concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good command over MS Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic reporting tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and admin teams.
Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Gemology, Management, or related fields.
Prior experience in the Diamond industry or in an educational setup is an added advantage.
