Job description
Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong understanding of the jewelry industry.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Understanding customer needs and preferences to recommend products that align with their style and budget
• Staying updated on jewelry trends, product details, and Rare Carat offerings
• Managing sales pipelines using CRM tools
• Collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, jewelry retail, or e-commerce
• In-depth knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Workspace)
• A proactive and positive attitude

Shift Details:

Wednesday - Sunday: 4 PM EST - 12 AM EST (1:30 AM - 9:30 AM IST)

Monday and Tuesday: Off
