Planet Pharma are partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical client who is seeking a Dietician / Medical Education specialist in Obesity. This will be a field based position in the South of England.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective educational strategies and best practices to optimize the delivery and impact of educational programs aligned with business needs within your region.
• Act as Medical Education subject matter expert within the South of England, designing and deploying local Medical Education initiatives
• Be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop productive relationships with professional and educational associations, advocacy groups, regional and national medical professional groups.
Requirements:
• Registered dietitian at Band 6 or above/G grade or above if working within the NHS
• You must be registered with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• If you are a nurse, you must currently be registered with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) and have obesity or weight management clinical nursing experience, ideally as a specialist.
• If you are a pharmacist, you must be currently registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPC) and have obesity or weight management clinical experience.
• Existing positive trusted relationships with stakeholders in the UK and Republic of Ireland within the therapy area of obesity
• Pharmaceutical experience
• Full clean driving license
