Drive 360-degree Product Marketing for AI Products like Bank OnChat, Conversational app, &Communities Drive segment - based adoption and usage through campaigns (e-mail, SMS, social media and other channels) Planning/Ensuring execution of marketing & brand campaigns on timely basis Design customer campaigns to drive adoption and usage of Bank OnChat, CB app & Social communities Ensure all external campaigns are rolled out as per the approved campaign calendar Customer profiling for each products for campaign efficacy Engage with Branch Banking, Assets, Cards, CSA, SA, HNW, PBK & Virtual channels Co-ordinate with Marcom, other agencies & Corp comm for making a marketing plan for any new innovation launch Channel Engagement Increase HDFC Bank OnChat Penetration in Branches and Channels - Ensure that all branch staff, VRM channels are updated with HDFC Bank OnChat offering and are able to give / assist customers, thereby increasing usage. - All branches are shared with HDFC Bank OnChat Usage on Monthly basis. - Ensure proper training is given regarding HDFC Bank OnChat to all branches and channels. - Co-ordinate with Corporate Salary KCMs / CSRMs for contests and activation drivesQuery Management - Ensure all queries for HDFC Bank OnChat and Social Media Banking are handled within the prescribed TATDrive external Social Communities for the Bank (Pre & Post Production) Engage with HFI for research & User testing Responsible for registrations Community moderation Business outcome LG LC Create an engagement plan for growing the number of community membersSocial Sher Product management & development Create & log concepts for production innovations within social sher which will lead to superior user experience & increased engagementsMIS, Research and Reporting Conduct and monitor pre-launch + post-launch customer research of key digital products and initiatives to provide valuable and actionable insights for the innovations team - MIS , Reporting for Social Media Banking Channel
