Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Account Manager located in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work. The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering effective digital marketing strategies, monitoring campaign success, communicating with clients, and collaborating with the internal team. The Digital Account Manager will also be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and documenting client specifications. Qualifications • Strong Account Management skills including the ability to manage multiple client accounts • Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written • Digital Strategy skills, including experience with SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Display Advertising • Sales skills, including the ability to identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals and presentations • Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to manage projects on-time and within budget • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • Experience working in Digital or Online Marketing • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver successful campaigns • Postgraduate degree or professional certification in Marketing, Advertising, or related field is a plus
