Role:
• The ideal candidate should possess a strong and verified track record in Digital Sales.
• They should be well-informed and enthusiastic about the evolving trends in consumer behaviour and revenue models within the digital sales realm.
• Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as content, design, and technology.
• The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated history of meeting targets, meeting deadlines, and introducing innovative modules.
• Above all else, self-motivation is crucial, and the candidate must be willing to take proactive action to achieve success.
Key skill sets and domain expertise requirements
• Excellent knowledge of digital media sales.
• Prior experience in a similar domain.
• Should be able to understand and discuss key media KPIs in digital ad sales.
• An excellent relationship with digital planners and buyers at the agency and with digital media leaders at brands.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and campaign planning skills.
• Knowledge of digital media terminologies and ability to drive aggressive sales numbers.
• The key categories of experience will be FMCG, AUTO, BFSI, consumer brands, E-commerce, Lifestyle, Fintech
