To strategize, design, and optimize high-performing digital advertising campaigns across major platforms, driving brand visibility and generating top-tier leads that fuel our company's growth.
Responsibilities
• Design, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and refine campaign performance to ensure the highest ROI, continually striving for enhanced efficiency and lead quality.
• Implement A/B testing routines to identify the most effective ad creatives, formats, and strategies, ensuring our campaigns remain industry-leading.
• Analyze and present campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve lead generation and campaign efficiency.
• Stay informed of the latest digital advertising trends, bringing innovative strategies and tools to our campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ads resonate with our target audience and adhere to our brand guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging advanced digital metrics, insights, and best practices to inform and refine our advertising strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of in-depth experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Certifications in key digital advertising platforms, such as Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads, are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, with a proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to drive quality MQLs through digital advertising.
• Excellent communication skills
