What You’ll Be Doing
1 - Supports the development of successful outcomes through supporting commercial teams alongside customers and sales teams on contracts.
2 - Supports the commercial proposition, structure development and monitoring of financial performance for mid-sized opportunities, supporting in the management of contractual risks and obligations.
3 - Contributes to maintenance and development of customer relationships and satisfaction, and delivery of commitments within service level agreements.
• Supports the resolution of high risk contact related issues and challenges.
• Contributes to commercial growth opportunities.
• Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of commercial trading & management.
