We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital and Search Marketing Specialist to join our growing commercial team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for life sciences, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to support business growth. This role is for an action-oriented and highly creative doer — a special individual who can make a big contribution by making things happen from conception to execution.
What will you do?
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads for the company’s biologics and small-molecule CDMO services.
Conceive and manage digital marketing campaigns, including the company’s website content, email marketing, and social media engagement.
Personally manage the company website and social media channels.
Personally conceive and create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials in collaboration with technical teams.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with CEO, CCO, and technical teams, to ensure marketing strategies align with company objectives and the science that underpins our business.
Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Coordinate and manage external marketing vendors.
Work in concert with the company’s Sales Conference Marketing Specialist, to ensure conference materials and related campaigns and promotions are well aligned with conference objectives.
How will you qualify?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the biopharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, online advertising, content marketing, and lead generation.
Excellent graphic design skills.
Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into engaging content.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
