Job Description
Job Purpose: To formulate communication strategies in collaboration with senior leadership team and ensure effective implementation of the same in alignment with organisational goals and values 1) Formulation of Communication Strategies � Conduct research and analysis to identify communication trends and best practices � Collaborate with senior leadership team to develop comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational objectives. � Define clear communication goals, objectives, and KPIs to measure success. � Create detailed communication plans outlining key messages, channels, and timelines. 2) Internal Communication � Create and manage content for various platforms, including social media captions and broadcasting messages. � Conduct regular townhall meetings and announcements, facilitating discussions on client appreciation, service milestones, and team achievements etc � Drive initiatives like Reader�s Club, company insights quizzes, podcasts, success stories, and AMA sessions with leads to foster internal engagement. � Regularly manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance � Collaborate with Partners to create compelling pitch decks and sales presentations, ensuring alignment with company messaging 3) External Communication � Take the lead in ensuring company's active participation in relevant external events, including industry conferences � Conceptualize, plan, coordinate, and develop content (with the support of respective teams/departments) for events organized by the company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of these events, from planning to post-event evaluation. � Manage liaison activities with selected Media Partners to ensure the desired projection of the company in the media, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation among external stakeholders. Liaise with PR consultants for writing and drafting media columns, comments, and other external communications with inputs from the leadership and R&D team � Collaborate with CS institutes to build relationships and enhance the company's reputation, for attracting talent for the company � Assist in drafting and refining content for company-published books based on narrations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
