What You’ll Do
Step into a pivotal leadership role where technology meets transformation. As our Digital Applications Manager , you’ll drive the strategy, development, and performance of TGE’s core digital platforms—including MyTeamGE, our corporate website, and intranet. You’ll champion innovation, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure our applications are secure, scalable, and customer-centric.
Your Impact
Own the full lifecycle of digital applications—from strategy to support
Shape and execute roadmaps that align with customer and driver needs
Lead blended teams (internal and vendor) to deliver enhancements and projects
Manage integrations across CMS, WebMethods, and AWS environments
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless, secure digital experiences
Apply your technical expertise in Active Directory, identity management, and front-end development
Drive continuous improvement using SDLC, ITIL, and customer experience best practices
Who You Are
Degree-qualified in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years in digital or customer-focused environments
Proven leader with a track record of delivering customer-first strategies
Skilled in Java, microservices, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies
Passionate about building high-performing teams and meaningful digital solutions
