To drive and support the client's HR Evolution agenda, increase employee satisfaction, and drive significant value creation resulting in fuelling the business' growth agenda. The role involves delivery of client solutions.
Core HR experience (could range from Line HR - HR Generalist, HR Ops, HR Shared Services)
• Experience in day-to-day HR administration/operations/Generalist role - onboarding, maintaining employee database/HRIS, leave administration, grievance handling, resolving queries, employee F&F - Exit management, payroll administration - vendor coordination
Implementing employee engagement initiatives
• Knowledge of Performance Management process run
• Knowledge of Learning & Development-governance and implementation of learning calendar
Soft Skills & Experience
• Attention to detail
• Quick learner, thinking on your feet
• Ability to grasp concepts & implement them in day-to-day operations
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills
