Role: Senior Digital Campaign Manager
Who We Are:
Walkthruit is a fast-growing company in the PropTech industry (Real Estate Software). Our full suite of custom visualization tools help market and sell pre-construction space. We work with landlords, developers, commercial real estate brokers, and designers across North America.
Job Description:
Walkthruit is looking for a Senior Digital Campaign Manager for the development and execution of digital advertising. This includes planning, implementation, management, and day-to-day maintenance of paid media activity, including display and social media buys. Using expert knowledge of digital media and analytics to provide exceptional insight during the development of media and own the full execution of the campaign from development to final reporting.
What You'll Do:
Development and executing tasks involved with campaign management including strategic planning, trafficking, optimization, retargeting, performance monitoring, reporting, budgeting, and audience development.
Presenting campaign optimizations and updates to clients, as well as managing their expectations with frequent and proactive delivery of insights.
Collaborating with relevant cross-functional teams to achieve client goals, raise awareness around high-risk campaigns and/or high-profile clients, and up-sell opportunities leveraging historical data and insights.
Assist in ad creative based on client goals and feedback.
Manage team of junior campaign managers as division grows.
What You'll Bring
3+ years managing digital marketing campaigns via LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Twitter Ads.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing landscape and trends.
University/College degree in a related field.
Experience running B2B campaigns.
A metric-driven mindset focused on setting and measuring KPIs.
Meta Blueprint and Google AdWords certifications preferred.
Ability to work both independently, as well as part of a highly collaborative team.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Strong client relations and collaboration skills.
Experience or thorough knowledge of the Real Estate industry considered an asset.
Experience with platforms 6sense, metadata.io, Clearbit is considered an asset.
