Summary
As part of the Entertainment Content Programming group, we are seeking a Digital Coordinator to join our team for a 6-month contract position. The Digital Coordinator is responsible for video merchandising across multiple websites, apps, and set top box platforms at Bell Media. You will support daily curation of video content across many internal platforms.


To be successful in this role, time management, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are key. Reporting to the Sr. Producer, you will help support video merchandising across our platforms. You will work closely with multiple departments and stakeholders within the operations, production, programming, creative and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure all digital video and metadata is meticulously aligned with programming rights, schedules, and confidentiality
Merchandise content on various digital platforms in accordance with content curation plans
Brief in and manage design requests
Create image thumbnails consistent with third party platform specifications and optimization
Ensure extremely high-quality control and standards of content, information and communication
Work closely with the Bell Media operations team while liaising with internal departments to gather assets, rights, and schedules
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of two years working experience as a digital coordinator or manager of content required
College Diploma or University Graduate required
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent team player with superior communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Highly organized with a keen sense of time-management
Ability to thrive and work in an environment that is fast paced that demands the ability to execute against challenging timelines
Strong familiarity with Photoshop, content management systems, and video formats
Huge passion for television and pop culture
