We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Content Editor to manage, edit, and produce engaging multimedia content across all digital platforms. This role requires strong video editing capability, visual design understanding, storytelling ability, and a deep awareness of social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media (Instagram, YouTube, FB, Reels, Shorts, etc.)
Repurpose raw footage into compelling content that drives engagement and brand visibility
Plan edit timelines, structure stories, add music, text, transitions, animations & sound design
Design marketing collateral, flyers, posters, brochures, slide decks, menus, banners, packaging, etc. Packaging edits as well.
Create thumbnails, static posts, reels covers, and social media layouts maintaining brand identity
Work closely with founders, marketing team & content creators to deliver consistent digital output
Manage content libraries, backups, file structures, and version control
Suggest creative ideas, new formats & trend-based content concepts
Ensure quick turnaround while maintaining high quality standards
Understand platform algorithms and audience behavior to optimize content performance
Requirements
Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut)
Graphic design skills using Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Figma
Strong sense of timing, pacing, storytelling and visual aesthetics
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Portfolio demonstrating video & design work (mandatory)
Knowledge of current digital content trends & youth culture
Nice to Have
Motion graphics / After Effects experience
Basic photography or videography skills
