Digital Coordinator

We’re investing further in our digital future and are on the hunt for a highly organised and creative Digital Coordinator to elevate our brands visibility and deepen customer engagement across digital platforms.

About us:

Established in 2016, The Shoe Group represents 17 leading footwear brands across Australia and New Zealand. With over 400 retail outlets, 2,000+ employees, and dedicated support offices in Melbourne and Adelaide, we are proud to be one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing shoe retail groups.

About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Digital & eCommerce, the Digital Coordinator plays a key role in executing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating content across digital channels, and supporting customer engagement strategies to drive traffic, awareness, and loyalty for TSG's online and retail businesses.

This is a hands-on, collaborative opportunity, ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for brand storytelling and data-driven performance. You will work cross-functionally with Brand Team to bring campaign messages to life, ensuring brand alignment across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, coordinate and publish content across digital platforms, including website homepages, blog posts, email campaigns, and promotional banners
Plan, execute, and report on digital marketing activities across paid, organic and EDMs channels
Work closely with the branding team to align marketing messages with product and promotion strategies
Manage the digital marketing calendar to support product launches, key retail events, and trading priorities
Report on key digital KPIs such as email performance, engagement rates, and traffic trends
Work collaboratively with the eCommerce Coordinator to ensure homepage updates, promotion, and content are implemented accurately and on time
Liaise with agencies and vendors as needed for digital asset production and campaign delivery
Stay across digital trends and identify opportunities for engagement and optimisation.

What You’ll Bring:

2-3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within an eCommerce environment
Strong Knowledge of digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO and SEM
Experience working with eCommerce CMS platforms such as Magento (or similar)
Proven experience using Dotdigital to build, automate and report on email marketing campaigns
Solid understanding of digital campaign workflows, content scheduling, and targeting
Exceptional communication and coordination skills
Experience with Analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)
A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for digital marketing and customer experience.
Why Join TSG?

Be part of a passionate and fashion-forward retail team
Collaborate in a dynamic digital environment that encourages creativity
Flexible working options and supportive leadership
Access to staff discounts across our footwear brands
Grow your career in a business that’s investing in digital transformation
If you have the drive and willingness to succeed, we’d love to hear from you. For us, the perfect candidate is one that is excited about the role and is passionate about what they know and what they want to achieve.
