Digital Growth Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Growth Marketer who thrives on campaign performance and results. You will support all end-to-end growth projects with the aim of acquiring new customers and ultimately revenue for this brand. Job Responsibilities • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising • Develop a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts. • Identify opportunities to implement and then innovate campaigns • Identify and develop channel opportunities with technology partners • Own and execute performance marketing • Own and execute affiliate marketing • Report, recommend, and iterate on campaigns to drive increased ROI • Run AB / MVT experiments • Identify opportunities, threats, and challenges in markets and act accordingly • Working closely with data, sales, and product • Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in the skincare industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features) • Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts Qualifications • A strong understanding and passion for all things digital marketing • A highly creative, data-driven, and analytical mind • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Extensive knowledge of performance marketing and paid advertising • At least 2 years of experience
