About the Opportunity
As the Digital Health Analyst with the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will play a key role supporting the design and delivery of digital health solutions that improve care delivery across NSW Health. Working closely with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, this role translates operational and frontline needs into high-quality, compliant digital solutions that are practical, user-centred and fit for purpose.
The User & Provider Team within the SDPR delivery environment operates at the intersection of clinical practice, digital transformation and service implementation. This team brings together clinical, technical and operational experts who work collaboratively with clinicians, local health districts, specialty networks and digital partners to ensure the Single Digital Patient Record is configured, adopted and optimised to genuinely meet frontline care needs.
In this role, you will:
Apply your healthcare knowledge and experience to support the design, configuration and rollout of digital health solutions
Partner with Program and Project Leads to define business processes, functional requirements, system designs and configurations
Capture, maintain and update design documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability throughout delivery
Review existing application designs to inform recommendations and improvements for stakeholders
Contribute to the development of user guides, support materials and solution enhancements
Use your operational insight to influence system design decisions that support real-world healthcare delivery
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Tertiary qualifications in Health (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Health Information Management) and/or extensive experience working in a Public Health Care setting.
Brings demonstrated experience in healthcare delivery or healthcare administration
Demonstrates a strong understanding of health system processes, workflows and clinical environments
Has well-developed communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and manage diverse stakeholders constructively
Is adaptable and resilient, with a genuine interest in working in a fast-paced and evolving digital health landscape
You will succeed in this role if you:
Enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.
Are motivated by tight deadlines and problem solving on the go.
Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and outcome focused.
Thrive when collaborating with others to deliver results in a fast moving space.
