Total work experience – 8 to 12 years
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Digital Practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the digital strategy, developing innovative solutions, and leading digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Person with very strong IT technical background and skillsets with 5- 8 years of experience and actively working in latest digital technologies like AI, ML, RPA, Analytics etc. and able to lead team of young enthusiastic technical engineers and lead CoE function . Strong in creating strong use cases for application of technology for resolving relevant business problems.
Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement the digital strategy across the organization
• Identify and evaluate emerging digital trends and technologies
• Lead the design, development, and implementationn of digital solutions
• Review project proposals and assess technical feasibility
• Design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements
• Define system architectures and make recommendations on technology stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Manage RFP vendors and participate in vendor selection process
• Conduct technical evaluations of vendor proposals and provide recommendations to senior management
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and identify opportunities to leverage new solutions to improve business outcomes
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the digital team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality work
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• 5- 8 years of experience in software development and architecture
• Strong understanding of .Net, SharePoint, AI/ML, RPA technologies
• Experience in the EPC industry is preferred
• Experience in developing and implementing digital solutions
• Strong understanding of emerging digital trends and technologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Proven track record of leading successful digital initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication with senior management
