Digital Marketer (UniSearch India)
We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketer to establish, strengthen, and grow UniSearch India’s brand presence and market leader position in the region.
Core Responsibilities
• Plan, execute and manage UniSearch India’s digital marketing efforts, in consultation with lead Digital Marketing Manager and upper management, to create, maintain and enhance brand recognition, awareness and positioning within target markets
• Design and execute creative and effective online campaign efforts to meet UniSearch India’s short- and long-term goals and outcomes
• Monitor and evaluate digital marketing metrics pertaining to audience engagement, retention, website traffic etc. and develop responsive marketing strategies based on data
• Manage and oversee the establishment of UniSearch India’s distinct online presence particularly through social media
• Create and oversee realistic budgets for campaigns and ensure that funds are managed appropriately
• Keep up to date with changing digital marketing technology and trends as well as industry trends to create competitive advantages for UniSearch
Essential Requirements
• Relevant experience of a minimum of 4-5 years
• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management
• Expertise in generating high quality leads in the international student recruitment sector
• Specialise with proven ability in SEO, SEM and SMM
• In-depth knowledge and experience in outcome and data analysis
• Expertise in web traffic management
• In-depth understanding of target audience demographics within the international student recruitment market in India
• Creative, original and inspired individual bringing fresh and effective ideas to digital marketing strategies
• Proven ability and skills in planning and executing online branding and promotion strategies
• Experience in project management, including flexibility working under deadlines and ensuring goals are met
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Tertiary-level academic qualifications (minimum bachelor’s degree)
