AvairSense is an early stage startup that develops AI Smart cameras for homes and businesses. We are seeking a talented digital marketing manager to join our team and help us develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our products.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, display advertising, and PPC advertising, including Google Ads and Instagram Ads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy and business goals.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns that engage and grow our audience on social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, with a focus on Instagram Ads.
• Manage and optimize our website and landing pages to improve user experience and drive conversions, including setting up Facebook Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking for retargeting purposes.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions, using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using web analytics and marketing automation tools, with a focus on Google Ads and Instagram Ads performance.
• Develop and execute retargeting campaigns to bring back visitors who have previously visited our website and shown interest in our products, using both Facebook Pixel and Google Ads remarketing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Experience in developing and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Instagram Ads and Facebook Pixel retargeting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
• Passion for technology and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and news.
