Senior Architect with 5 - 8 Years Experience in Residential Schemes & Industrial Projects
A. Architecture Skill Set
· Designing - Planning including Site Plan/ Floor Plans/ Micro or Macro Detailing, Form Evolution, Elevations/ Façade Design
· Spatial Visualisation incorporating Structural Systems and Services
· Development of 3D Views
· Presentation with clarity of thought process supported by verbal/ communicative skills and graphic/ diagrams skills
· Knowledge of Bye Laws and understanding of Planning Norms
· Preparation of Certificates as per Formats for RERA, Progress of Works, NOCs etc.
· Environmental Clearance of Projects with coordination with Sub – Consultants
· Preparation of Working Drawings, Detailed Drawings and Façade Sections as per Design requirements
· Component Detailing such as Tiling, D&W Schedules, Staircase, Railings, Material Terminations etc. as per Design requirements
· Knowledge and Selection of Material & Technology
· Project Coordination with Client
· Project Coordination with Consultant
· Site Coordination with Teams
B. Software Skills
· Auto Cad - Latest Version for Layouts, XREF etc.
· Sketchup for 3D Modelling
· Lumion etc. for Rendering
· Photoshop
· MS Office - Word, Excel, PPT
· Email - Format & Communication
