Roles & Responsibilities
1.Plan, execute & optimize digital campaigns across Google /Facebook / Instagram & other digital publishers.
2.Work with Graphic and Video team & share critical data-based insights that help them plan & create better creatives, both video & static.
3.Lead Social media handlers and guide them with appropriate strategies to optimize growth.
4.Guide the overall marketing of the platform at various fronts including SEO, CRM strategy, Mailer campaigns, Donor retention programs, Monthly Giving program, Volunteer Program etc.
5.Ensure adaptation of latest digital practices & tools to drive higher efficiencies across media campaigns
Work with the tech and operation team in maintaining data on a regular basis by capturing data points at day, week & monthly levels.
Qualifications & Experience
1. 3+ years of experience of working on digital mandates that involves planning, execution & presentation of plans around Google / Facebook / Data Studio etc.
2. Right mix of data centricity & creative point of view
3. Sharp articulation, should be able to convert data points into simple insights for teams & for CXO level.
MBA is not mandatory. Minimum should be a graduate
Comes with an ownership mindset and ability to manage a team
