Responsibilities:
Branding:
• Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance the company’s brand presence.
• Create brand positioning and messaging that differentiates the company in the market.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and image across all digital channels.
Marketing Strategy:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Proven experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• Ability to identify and research target accounts, understand their pain points, and tailor messaging accordingly.
Content Creation:
• Create compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, email, and video.
• Manage and oversee all digital content, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Lead Generation:
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. (Linkedin, Instagram, Upwork)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive inbound traffic and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns for key accounts.
• Create personalized content (e.g., case studies, white papers) for targeted accounts.
• Track and measure the success of ABM campaigns and demonstrate ROI (return on investment).
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a similar IT consulting environment is a plus.
Technical Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on branding, content creation, and lead generation.
• Experience working within an ABM framework in a B2B (business-to-business) IT consulting environment (combine previous suggestions).
• Familiarity with ABM marketing automation tools and platforms.
• A strong understanding of the IT consulting industry and its marketing needs.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics(optional), and CRM software.
• Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools
