Responsibilities:
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-volume search terms
• Develop and execute effective on-page and off-page optimization strategies to improve website ranking and traffic
• Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools
• Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues, such as crawling and indexing problems
• Develop and execute link building strategies to increase website authority
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
• Collaborate with other teams, such as content and social media, to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts
• Produce regular reports on SEO performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to attract potential customers
• Manage and maintain lead databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead nurturing strategies
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as conversion rates and cost per lead
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for lead generation
• Use lead generation tools and techniques, such as email marketing, social media, and content marketing
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners
• Produce regular reports on lead generation performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an SEO and Lead Generation Specialist or similar role
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and optimization techniques
• Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Exposure of PPC and Search ads will be beneficial
• Experience in developing and executing link building strategies
• Experience in managing and maintaining lead databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in IT, marketing, business, or a related field
