As part of our expansion, we are looking for a versatile and results-driven individual who can manage digital marketing campaigns and drive sales through effective telesales strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing:
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.)
Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for maximum performance
Create and manage content across digital platforms (blogs, social media posts, ads)
Manage company presence on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Analyze trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
Tele Sales:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to pitch products/services
Follow up with leads generated via marketing channels
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer details in CRM
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing and/or telesales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Knowledge of digital ad platforms (Google, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Certification in Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Blueprint, or similar
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar
