We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the successful launch and management of digital marketing projects and campaigns for our clients.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing scope, timelines, client relationships, and overall project success in a multidivisional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client accounts, including website and digital marketing projects.
Serve as the main contact person for assigned clients, building strong working relationships with clients, team members, and project stakeholders.
Execute strategic plans for assigned accounts and projects as developed by senior management.
Effectively manage projects and support the team assigned to the client account.
Create, monitor, and manage various marketing projects with varying levels of complexity, cost, time constraints, and staffing needs.
Coordinate and actively participate in all stages of project development, including set up, research, strategy, design, campaign development, and reporting.

2+ years of related digital marketing experience, with prior agency experience required.
Prioritizing passion for making customers and teams successful.
Experience creating and/or contributing to marketing strategies and best practices.
Proficiency in project management software tools and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with social media calendar and publishing tools, reporting tools, platform insights, and analytics.
Previous experience working in a client-facing role, successfully translating client objectives into project goals and assignments.
