Zepto is a fast-growing startup that delivers groceries in 10 minutes flat through an optimized network of dark stores that we're building across the country! We’re scaling up throughout Mumbai quickly and, in the next 6 months, we’ll be launching in Bangalore, Delhi, Pune, and Hyderabad. We’re currently in deep stealth mode, so you won’t find any press about us :)
We’re incredibly well-funded and our investors include Ycampaign Combinator, Nexus Venture Partners, and more! We’ve also built out one of the best startup teams in India, with Senior Executives from Uber, Flipkart, Dream11, and institutions like Stanford, INSEAD, IIM, and IIT.
Your Role
• Work on a network of partners across ad networks, affiliates websites/ Apps, OEM partners and other to fuel growth and sales for Zepto
• Identify and implement the right tech solutions for tracking, accounting and managing partners
• Keen observation skills to study audience engagement with our and their behaviour down the funnel through app-events in order to optimise campaigns with partners to build a sustainable channel
• Identify key metrics and have the eye to draft meaningful reports from marketing and analytics dashboard and have the acumen to read data in totality
• Frequent Innovation and regular iterations in campaigns and creatives to drive acquisition
• Obsession with install/order attribution and measurement with performance
• Adept at quick decision making in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
• High learning agility
• High level of comfort with tools like Appsflyer, Affiliate partner tools- Hassoffer, Affle, Excel, Clevertap, Firebase, Mixpanel
