We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to equip individuals and teams with the necessary skills to excel in digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Trainer will work closely with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs, develop course content, and deliver effective training to participants.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training programs on digital marketing topics including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Identify training needs by assessing the skill levels of participants and recommending appropriate training solutions.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design course content and training materials.
• Deliver training in-person or virtually to groups of individuals or teams.
• Provide coaching and support to participants to help them apply their learning to their work.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
