Position: Marketing Automation Junior

Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing automation strategies using tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Zapier, etc
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and other marketing automation initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Support the marketing team in creating compelling content and optimizing landing pages to drive conversions.
• Manage and maintain the marketing automation platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Enthusiasm for learning and exploring new concepts in marketing.
• Up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or marketing automation is an additional advantage.
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts and experience in an IT-related role is a plus, including internships.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Zapier, Zoho, Marketo, or Pardot is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Internship Period (exceptional if the candidate already has relevant experience):
This role includes an internship period of 2-3 months, during which the candidate will receive on-the-job training and guidance. The internship will provide an opportunity to showcase skills and potential, leading to a permanent position based on performance (exceptional if the candidate already has relevant experience).
