General Information
Technical Skills:
• Handsome experience with Digital Marketing Tools – BrightLocal, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google My Business, Google Keyword Planner
• Advance Understanding of Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
Non-Technical Skills:
• Team Management – Able to set goals and review the performance of team members
• Communication – Strong verbal and written communication
• Active listening and ability to understand the team’s concern
• Ability to meet deadlines, delegate tasks, and make effective schedules for the team
• Creative Thinking – Finding creative solutions, anticipating potential roadblocks in productivity
General Responsibilities:
• Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member
• Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members
• Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow
• Offer emotional support to project team members and make people feel valued
• Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress
• Ensure the appropriate resources are in place and that projects are conducted in a timely fashion, within approved scope and budget
• Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies and offer support to improve skill gaps
• Nurture collaboration amongst team members
• Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
• Quickly and effectively resolve team conflicts & Write project reports as necessary
• Leading and mentoring team leaders to drive business goals
Job Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
• To Review, analyze & report Weekly & Monthly performance of the team to the Project Manager
• Act as subject matter expert for team members, peers, and clients
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
• Extensive and hands-on knowledge of PPC Advertisement
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy
• Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
• To keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
• Participating in forming effective paid search strategies
• Create & optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
