Job Description
We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to join our recruitment analytics research team to analyze, build and enrich our digital presence by identifying and creating compelling content.

What you will do:
• Develop and manage organic social media strategy and content across CareerXperts’ LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, blogs, and new platforms as they arise.
• You will constantly create LinkedIn polls, Job Descriptions, Creative images, Technology related content and manage postings across all platforms.
• You will be responsible for tracking whether or not social marketing efforts have been successful through goal setting with us for identifying success through various online analytical tools.
• Devise develop, and execute stand-out differentiated digital media campaigns across all platforms.
• You will regularly create and present: social media trends, insights and learnings and makes strategy recommendations
• Overall, you will add value to digital strategy, online advertising, keyword research, website management, and Google search marketing
What you will bring:
• A passion for measurement and creative digital marketing presence. You enjoy using data and your analytical abilities to ideate and develop the required content.
• 3-4+ years of experience in building and managing social media presence through differentiation, audience targeting and engaging content.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to quickly assess and pivot to high priority items.
• The ability to brainstorm new and creative digital growth strategies.
• Experience in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, duda, Wordpress and Wix, CoralDRAW and similar tools is a plus.
