Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will serve as a support role for a Marketing Cloud Implementation project
Support the team in tracking tasks and key deliverables to ensure the project is delivered on time
Work with business partners and key stakeholders to gather business requirements
Translate business requirements into user stories for the backlog
Support the Product Owner(s) in managing the backlog
Take notes for all meetings and maintain meeting note library
Put together leadership decks and presentations
Assist with documentation and formalizing findings into decks / documentation across workstreams
Participate in UAT testing before releases
Play a critical role in change management for new functionality including creating user guides and training materials based on solution documentation and assist with training
