Job Description
Position Summary:
Digital Marketing and Engagement Officer will be responsible for promoting our NDIS services through strategic digital campaigns, managing online presence, and engaging with participants, families, and referrers. This role is crucial in driving visibility, brand awareness, and participant acquisition while maintaining the integrity of NDIS compliance and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, email, SEO/SEM).
Manage content creation for website, blogs, newsletters, and social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Monitor and report on digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp.
Design marketing assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Keep digital content compliant with NDIS Code of Conduct and marketing regulations.
Community and Participant Engagement:
Develop engagement strategies to attract new participants and build strong relationships with current clients.
Coordinate with Support Coordinators, LACs, and community groups to promote services.
Attend expos, local events, and forums to represent the organisation and grow our presence.
Create culturally appropriate content and campaigns to reach diverse communities.
Stakeholder Communication:
Support communication between the organisation and external stakeholders, including families, community leaders, and allied health professionals.
Maintain an updated CRM/database of contacts, leads, and interactions.
Key Selection Criteria:
Essential:
Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or community engagement.
Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, SEO, and digital strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Meta/Google Ads, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot / Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
Knowledge of the NDIS, disability sector, and compliance requirements.
Desirable:
Experience in a not-for-profit or NDIS setting.
Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse communities.
Experience in content creation for CALD audiences or accessibility-focused media.
Valid driver's licence (if community outreach is involved).
