As the market demands the digital presence of the organization, we are hiring a candidate for Digital Marketing to help us keep growing. Also as a part, the focus will be also on recruitment and talent acquisition which helps the organization grow with great pace.

Job Description:

· Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

· Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

· Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

· Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

· Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

· Ensure that the brand message is consistent

· Prepare emails to send out to customers.

· Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns.

· Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy

· Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.

· Attracting suitable candidates through job portals and social media.

· Scheduling and conducting interviews

· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelors or Master’s degree in marketing or business.

· Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe.

· Creating and maintaining client relationships.

· Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

· Self-motivated and customer-focused

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

· Incredible attention to detail.

· Full understanding of all social media platforms.

· Problem solving skills

· Knowledge of content management systems

· Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to design and implement recruiting strategy.

Salary: ₹+,157.8+ - ₹25,1++.00 per month
