Digital Marketing Associate

Roles Responsibilities • Create and execute demand generation campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Instagram Ads etc. • Along with display ad campaigns, remarketing campaigns, and other performance marketing channels. • Create and execute bulk email campaigns and ABM campaigns to support other paid Ads channels. • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices across digital marketing campaigns, and then acting on the information to meet marketing goals. • Collaborate and coordinate with internal content and design teams to create landing pages, and Ads graphics and optimize the user experience, at the same time ensuring all development is on time and on budget. • Meet and exceed assigned performance marketing targets. • Analyse data to determine campaign effectiveness and provide suggestions on how to optimize campaigns for maximum performance in a given budget. Skills Required • Good analytical skills • Good command on English (oral and written) • Knowledge of Website/SEO/SMO/Blogs • Must be fluent with data, metrics, measurement, and analytics. Experience in owning exceeding performance marketing targets. • Experience in marketing to small, and midsize companies. • Ability to think creatively, write clearly and communicate complex ideas in simple terms. • A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Shift time / hours - General Shift (8 hours shift).
