Digital Marketing Associate
We are searching for a highly skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be a key player in developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and sales. This role requires a unique blend of technical and creative skills, with a focus on website development using WordPress and Shopify, social media marketing, SEO, marketplace listings, and advertising.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain websites on both WordPress and Shopify platforms, ensuring a user-friendly, visually appealing, and brand-consistent experience. (Experience with relevant plugins is preferred).
Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across various platforms.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search ranking for both WordPress and Shopify websites.
Manage and optimize product listings on relevant marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, etc) to increase sales and brand visibility.
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising)
Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, etc.) to ensure a cohesive brand message across all marketing channels.
Create high-quality content (written, visual) for social media, website, and advertising campaigns.
Proven experience in content creation and copywriting is a strong advantage
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website development (WordPress & Shopify) and content creation.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Expertise in social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Experience with managing and optimizing marketplace listings.
Experience with PPC advertising a plus.
Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
