Areas of work:
Social & Programmatic Ads:
Predominantly Meta and Google and rapid experimentation with other new channels.
• Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
• Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
• Detailed knowledge of challenges for programmatic media buying
• Knowledge of industry best practices, KPIs, and other various benchmarks
• Possess a strong and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility.
• Experience working in the B2B environment.
Re-engagement:
• Well versed with, SMS, Emails and similar tactics of digital re-engagement/retargeting channels
• Ensuring email/SMS templates are user and screen friendly
• Conducting grammar, spelling and readability checks before sending emails/SMS
• Reviewing campaign effectiveness via statistical analysis
• Ensuring all emails/SMS abide to the industry standards and regulations
• Tracking email/SMS marketing KPIs and lead generation activities
• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of all email marketing campaigns
Project Management:
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Skills:
Design sense, copywriting, media planning, presentation and problem solving, first principles thinking

Experience:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Minimum 3 years in digital marketing or programmatic ads
• Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, search, social and display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools along with understanding of DSPs and SSPs
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
