Has the ability to work on multiple projects and clients
Is able to work in a team environment while also being self-motivatedHas great attention to detail and organization skills
Is an initiative taker who can set goals and accomplish them
Has previous experience interacting with clients or customers
Google Ads, Google Analytics or Bing Ads experience or certification
Familiarity with social media platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc
Eventual certification on all relevant digital platforms

A successful associate will have great attention to detail and be able to take complete ownership of the process of getting tasks completed to bring value to our clients
Become familiar with the daily usage of the following digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Google Display Network, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
Assist Marketing Managers with campaign builds, implementation, analyzing data and providing insightful and actionable optimization strategies
Maintain daily, monthly and yearly client budgets
Provide high quality deliverables to clients within specific deadlines
Meet and exceed client goals and expectations
Stay on top of industry news and trends
