Position Summary: As a Fresher Digital Marketing Associate at OKANKIT, you will be an integral part of our marketing efforts, working closely with the marketing team to execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns. Your role will be crucial in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies through on-the-job training and mentorship.
• Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC advertising, and SEO, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content for blogs, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
• Learn to analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and provide data-driven insights to enhance marketing strategies.
• Support the management and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it remains up-to-date with fresh content and adheres to best practices for SEO and user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support lead generation activities and achieve business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices through continuous learning.
Requirements:
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital channels is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly creative, innovative, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
