Snooplay is a dedicated online marketplace for toys & games that caters to all age groups - kids and grown-ups, as well as people with special needs. As a discovery platform, it helps people in finding the right toy or a game basis personalities, interests and skill developmental goals.

Selected individual's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Strategise, execute, and manage campaigns across Google & Facebook to drive awareness, conversion, and revenue.
• Regularly monitor & report key performance metrics - new user acquisition, retention, funnel efficiency, CAC, ROAS etc.
• Scale campaigns based on goals and demand.
• Monitor web analytics dashboards and essential reporting tools to collect and report insights & recommendations.
• Work closely with the founders to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
• Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies across all mediums.
Requirements
• This is an individual contributor role
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Prior understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
• Excellent analytical & reporting skills
• Minimum academic qualification requirement: Graduate with fresh innovative ideas
• Working knowledge on Microsoft Excel & Google Spreadsheets is a must
CTC: INR 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 per annum
