Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Automation Expert to lead the setup and enablement of a marketing automation capability within a pharmaceutical organization.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can drive implementation, guide internal marketing teams, and support technical work related to automation and integration.
• Strong understanding of email and SMS campaign management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external web assets
• Experience in guiding non-technical marketing teams on campaign execution
Responsibilities:
• Lead the setup and configuration of a new Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance
• Migrate existing campaign assets and data workflows from a shared service
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with the broader Salesforce ecosystem
• Provide technical support on automation and integration tasks
• Enable and train internal marketing team to run their own campaigns effectively
