• Strong experience in Digital Marketing.
• Maintains the company website, social media presences on Twitter and LinkedIn, email marketing, and designing all marketing materials
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Strong experience in IT Industry and B2B platform.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborate as the SPOC from Marketing with all other stake holders and develops content strategy to create or curate engaging content for social media posts, blogs, news releases, images, and videos
• Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of digital communication and ensure the communication strategy reflects the organization’s vision
• Advocate the critical business importance of communication and support the consistent use of the brand
• Develop and refine communication processes and tools
• Counsel Business leaders on most effective messages and channels to communicate; ability to analyze business communications issues and recommend solutions
• Plan, execute and review marketing initiatives as part of the Marketing COE jointly with other stakeholders from Digital, Content, Design etc.
Requirements:
1. 3 – 6 Years’ experience with Masters/Bachelor’s Degree educated, with marketing specialization.
2. Influencing, interpretive skills and the ability to create ownership and support amongst various stakeholders; Confidence and the ability to win people over.
3. Communications planning experience.
4. Proven working experience in digital marketing.
5. Good to have experience in Employer Branding Campaigns or Hiring Campaigns
6. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
7. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
8. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
+. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, Evergage, DemandBase etc.).
10. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
11. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
12. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
13. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
14. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
15. Should be open to work in UK Shift
