Head - Marketing solutions ( Post-Graduate / Graduate from premium college)

Requirements:
10+ years of work experience preferably in areas like :
- Working in product / strategy / related functions in Ad ecosystem - DSP, SSP, network, exchanges, DMP, attribution companies.
- Managing Ad platform at large publishers, marketing agencies, exchanges etc
- Business function owner at an entity within digital marketing ecosystem
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem
- Good network of connects in digital marketing industry
- People management experience
- Post-Graduate / Graduate from premium college (Example: MBA from top colleges, B.Tech./ Integrated Degree courses from IITs / NITs / DCE / VIT / MIT-Manipal / BITS etc, Economics / Statistics from DSE / ISI / IIT, etc)
Behavioral Skills:
- Keen on working in zero-one business lines
- Can roll-up sleeves and work as individual contributor
- White space thinking
- Team Player
- Perseverance
- Energetic & Positive attitude
- Values driven
